Specialized capacity built for cargo most carriers can’t legally roll. Five trailer families, twenty-three configurations, capacity up to 160,000 lbs on a single bill of lading.
Heavy-haul projects fail when the right trailer isn’t available at the right time. This is the deck, every length, every axle count, every well depth, so you can spec the load before the load specs you. All weights and dimensions reflect average legal limits. Permits routinely take them higher.
The workhorse. One continuous deck, load from any side, top, or end. Standard flatbed and extendable variants for over-length cargo up to 115′.
| Code | Type | Capacity (lbs) | Deck length | Width & height |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| FLATBED | Flatbed | 45,000 – 48,000 | 45′ – 53′ | W 8′6″ · H up to 8′6″ |
| FLT3 | 3-Axle Flatbed | 43,000 – 45,000 | 45′ – 53′ | W 8′6″ · H up to 8′6″ |

High front deck steps down to a longer low deck. Buys you up to 10′6″ of legal vertical clearance on the bottom, without permits, without re-routing.
| Code | Type | Capacity (lbs) | Bottom-deck length | Width & height |
|---|---|---|---|---|

High at both ends, deep well in the middle. Two profiles: detachable gooseneck (DD) and removable gooseneck (Lowboy/RGN), the latter lays down to form a drive-on ramp for loaders, dozers and military vehicles. Cargo up to 12′ tall.
| Code | Type | Capacity (lbs) | Well length | Width & height |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| DD | Double Drop / Detach | 38,000 – 42,000 | 24′ – 29′6″ | W 8′6″ · H up to 12′ |

| LOW3 | 3-Axle Lowboy / R.G.N. | 37,000 – 40,000 | 24′ – 29′6″ | W 8′6″ · H up to 12′ |
When the cargo is too long for a standard well, the deck stretches. Extendable double drops reach up to 52′ of well length, wind-blade sections, long structural beams, oversize machinery.
| Code | Type | Capacity (lbs) | Well length | Width & height |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| DDE | Extendable Double Drop | 37,000 – 40,000 | 26′ – 52′ | W 8′6″ · H up to 12′ |

Adding a fourth axle pushes the legal capacity ceiling. Quad-axle double drops and lowboys carry up to 120,000 lbs, the bridge between standard heavy-haul and full multi-axle combinations.
| Code | Type | Capacity (lbs) | Well length | Well height |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| DD4 | Quad-Axle Double Drop | up to 120,000 | 24′ – 32′ | 20″ – 24″ |
| LOW4 | Quad-Axle Lowboy / R.G.N. | up to 120,000 | 24′ – 34′ | 20″ – 24″ |
| DD4E | Quad-Axle Extendable Double Drop | up to 110,000 | 26′ – 54′ | 18″ – 26″ |
Booster axles, jeep dollies and lowboy combined into a single super-rigid configuration. The category for cargo nobody else moves: capacity up to 160,000 lbs on a single bill of lading.

Equipment is the easy part. What separates a delivered load from a stuck one is the team behind it, planning, permits, escorts and accountability. Every load gets all of it.
Real-time GPS visibility on every shipment. A dispatcher who knows your name and your load number, not a queue.
Over 100,000 oversize/overweight permits issued per year. We pull them, you don’t.
Bridge clearances, turn radii, low-overpass alternates. The route gets engineered before the truck rolls.
Front, rear, height-pole and police escorts coordinated through our network, sized to the load and the corridor.
Supplemental High-Value Trip Transit coverage. Configurable to replacement value, not policy default.
Custom tarping, edge-protection, chain & binder securement to the spec your engineer signs off on.
U.S.–México bonded freight handling, including the Laredo 50-acre CTPAT-compliant cross-border facility.
Same person, every call. They know the load, the lane, the customer and the corner case.
